Eleonor was preceded in death by her five brothers—John, Oscar, Ernest, Arthur, and Hector Gonzalez—and her sister, Anna Maria Ramirez. Though she never had children of her own, Eleonor's nurturing spirit and generosity made her a cherished aunt, cousin, and friend to many. She leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will carry her memory in their hearts.
