Elena F. Covarrubias, 77, of Bishop, Texas passed away September 24, 2022, in Kingsville, Texas.
She was born on April 5, 1945, in Kingsville, Texas to Adan and Maria Figueroa.
She was a retired homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Roque Covarrubias; and one grandson, Jamie Flores.
Survivors include four daughters, Corina (Tony) Covarrubias of Kingsville, Terry Covarrubias of Kingsville, Sally (Ismael) Flores of Bishop, and Jackie (Jose) Reyes of Bishop; one son, Rogerio Covarrubias Jr; one brother, Nasario (Liz) Figueroa of Bishop; twelve grandchildren, Gordy, Jeremy, Tanya, Angel, Roger, Brandy, Amberly, Isaac, Tamara, Alyssa, Noah, and Brody; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Cremation will be held and a Graveside Service will follow at a later date.
