Elda Ella Rye, 56, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away July 2, 2017 in Kingsville, Texas.
She was born on December 31, 1960 in Kingsville, TX to Fidel and Flavia Barrera.
She was a retired housewife, and also was a civilian employee for the government for many years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Fidel Barrera; one brother, Fidel Barrera III.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Rye of Kingsville; four sons, Donald Rye II of Kingsville, James Harrison of Kingsville, Brian Harrison of Corpus Christi, and Michael Kent of North Carolina; mother, Flavia Barrera of Kingsville; two brothers, Jose Barrera of Kingsville and Valde Barrera of Gonzales, TX; one sister, Belinda Schill of Buda, TX; six grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, 07-09-2017 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday, 07-10-2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 07-10-2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
