Doris L. Lomas of Kingsville, TX passed away on July 4, 2014.
She was 53.
She was born on August 27, 1960 to Amadeo and Dora Gonzales Alvarez in Kingsville, TX.
She was a housewife and a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Dora Gonzales Alvarez.
Survivors include her husband Romeo L. Lomas, a daughter Crystal L. Lomas, father Amadeo Alvarez, brother George (Gracie) Alvarez and three sisters Thelma Baud, JoAnn (Roberto) Garza and Amanda (Jorge) Garcia.
Doris believed "Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, and all the ways you can, and all the places you can, to all the people you can, as long as you can."
Pallbearers include Jorge Garcia, Rocky Garcia, Roberto Garza, Derek Runyon, Gus De Leon, and Joe Rodriguez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church.
A Rosary will be held on Monday, July 7, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
A cremation will follow after the funeral services.
