Diamantina H. Zapata, 75, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away on August 22, 2021, in Corpus Christi, Texas.

She was born on August 27, 1945, in Premont Texas, to her parents Juan and Virginia Hernandez.

She was a retired retail sales associate with various department stores around the area. She was also a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfredo G. Zapata; one son, Michael Zapata; and one brother, Daniel Hernandez.

Survivors include her son, Alfredo (Sabrina) Zapata Jr.; one brother, Juan M. Hernandez; two grandchildren, Adelynn Nikole Zapata, and Ramiro Garcia; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sat., 8-28-2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Sat., 08-28-2021 at 9:30 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 8-28-2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Alfredo Villarreal officiating.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
