Consuelo "Chelo" Salgado Sendejo, 68, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away April 15, 2020 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
She was born on July 27, 1951 in Alice, TX to Carlos and Guadalupe Salgado.
She was retired from Kingsville Independent School District and a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was formerly employed with Walmart, and Methodist Day Care.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Rogelio Sendejo of Kingsville; two sons, Rogelio "Roy" Sendejo Jr. of San Antonio, Ray Sendejo of McAllen; one brother, Carlos Salgado Jr. of Kingsville; four sisters, Janie Rettinger of McAllen, Sylvia Schroeder of Kingsville, Zoila Abundez of Kingsville, and Esther Garcia of Kingsville; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 04-17-2020 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Religious Service will be held on Fri., 04-17-2020 at 7:30 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Fri., 04-18-2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Bishop Israel Rodriguez officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
