Charles Edward Parker, 62, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away May 31, 2021 in Kingsville, Texas.
He was born on April 14, 1959 in Corpus Christi, TX to William and Leona Parker.
He was a retired custodian. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend.
Charles was more than just a friend. He was a legend. What he brought to the College of Pharmacy is something no one else will ever bring. He put many smiles on many faces in that building. Everyone appreciated Charles for his undeniable work ethic, charisma, and his loving personality. Charles will be dearly missed at the Pharmacy. As in his words, "This is my house." Yes, Charles, this building will always be your house. We all love you Charles and we thank you for all the sacrifices you have made throughout your long career. Rest in paradise my friend. – J. He is preceded in death by one sister, Myrtle Faye Nesbitt.
Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Dolores Davis of Kingsville; one daughter, Natashia M. Parker of Corpus Christi; two sons, Tarvis Lamar (Patricia) Davis of Kingsville, and Charles Jermaine Goodley of Corpus Christi; four brothers, William Parker, Martin Parker, Wallace Parker, and Johnny Parker; three sisters, May Parker Brown, JoAnn Johnson, and Cindy Parker; nine grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sat., 06-05-2021 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sat., 06-05-2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Reverend William Parker and Byron Parker officiating.
