Celia Rodriguez, 72, of Bishop, TX passed away on April 27, 2019 in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was born on August 13, 1946 in Bishop, TX to Benito and Rita Contreras.
She was a retired homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francisco Rodriguez Jr.; and one sister, Ester Tobar.
Survivors include two daughters, Pamela (Danny) Briseno of Orange, and Priscilla (Rudy) De La Rosa of Kingsville; three sons, Jimmy (Mari) Rodriguez of Kingsville, Benito (Vicky) Rodriguez of Kingsville, and Juan Frank (Quala) Rodriguez of Corpus Christi; two sisters, Rebecca Ramos and Martha Contreras, both of Bishop; one brother, Ricardo Contreras of Alice; seventeen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tues., 04-30-2019 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held Tues., 04-30-2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wed., 05-01-2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Burial will follow at Evangelico Cemetery.
