With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jane Cavazos, who entered eternal rest on May 16, 2026, in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the age of 60.

Born in Kingsville, Texas, Betty was a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished sister, and dear friend. She dedicated 32 years to H-E-B, where she formed many lasting friendships and touched countless lives with her kindness and warm spirit.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny P. Cavazos and Maria Elena Cavazos, and her beloved sister, Maria Andrea Vela.

Betty leaves behind her loving husband of 30 years, Juan Reynaldo Saenz Jr., her beloved daughter, Ariel Elizabeth Saenz, her sisters Sandra Lopez, Susan C. Lozano, and Dora Martinez, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will deeply miss her.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 23, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m., with a Religious Service at 7:00 p.m. officiated by Servando Torres. Cremation will follow, with a memorial service to be held at a later date.

Betty's kindness, love, and beautiful spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
