Bertha Betancourt Garcia, 76, of Kingsville, TX passed away on March 12, 2021 in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on June 7, 1944 in Petronila, TX to Leonardo and Maria Betancourt.
She was a retired homemaker and a member of King's Way Family Church.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Juan "Johnny Midnight" Betancourt, and Leonardo Betancourt Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Ernesto B. Garcia of Kingsville; three daughters, Christina Garcia (Alfredo Serrata); Norma (Ignacio) Perez; and Sarah (Ernesto) Mejia; two sons, Ernesto Garcia Jr., and Abraham Garcia; two sisters, Ramona B. Orta of Houston, and Mercedes B. Gonzalez of Indio, California; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 26, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at King's Way Family Church with Pastor Edwin Cann officiating.
A private Graveside Service will follow.
