Benilde R. Perales, 79, of Kingsville, Tx passed away on April 16, 2021 in San Antonio, Tx. She was born on August 11, 1941 in Kingsville, TX to Trinidad and Elvira Ramirez.
Beloved mother. Cherished grandmother. Precious sister. Esteemed aunt and friend. Words cannot describe just how deeply she will be missed. Benilde touched the lives of so many. She was always there to talk to whether you needed advice or just needed someone to listen. For her, time was precious so she always made sure to give it to those she cared for. Even with her time here on earth done, the impact she made on the many lives she was part of will last forever. I know she is still listening and still caring just waiting til she can talk with us again. Until we meet again, Benilde Soledad Perales you are so loved and will be missed so dearly.
She is preceded in death by one sister, Marilu Medina; one daughter, Rosario Mendietta; and her late husband, Juan C. Perales Jr.
Survivors include two sons, Jesse (Rachel) Mendietta, and Billy ( Melinda) Mendietta, both of Dallas, TX; one daughter, Sandra (JR) De Leon of Kingsville, TX; one brother, Dr. Arturo (Rosie) Ramirez; two sisters, Elvira (Oscar) Acosta, and Dora Garza, both of San Antonio, TX; twelve grandchildren, Sabrina, Siarra, Candie, Jamie, Gabriel, Gloria, Cecilia, Jesse, Jessica, Sean, Michael, and Erica; and numerous, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 10:00 a.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
