Ascencion "Chencha" Silguero, 71, of Kingsville, TX passed away July 20, 2020 in Fort Worth, TX.
She was born on May 22, 1941 in Kingsville, TX to Manuel and Victoria Orta.
She was retired with the K.I.S.D. cafeteria dept. and formerly employed with 99 Cent Galore.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose G. Silguero Sr.; two daughters, Norma Jo Silguero, and Maria Ella "Abby" Garcia; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include one daughter, Velma A. Silguero Nino of Fort Worth; two sons, Jose Silguero Jr. of Kingsville, and Ramon Nino III of Fort Worth; two sisters, Juanita O. Rivera, and Maria Luisa Banda, both of Kingsville; fifteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 07-24-2020 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 07-24-2020 at 10:30 a.m. on livestream only.
A Funeral Service will be held on Fri., 07-24-2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home with Deacon Raul Rosales officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
