Arnoldo V. Jimenez, 52, of Bishop, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Born on December 7, 1972, in Kingsville, Texas, Arnoldo was the beloved son of Octavio and Teresa Jimenez. A dedicated and skilled auto mechanic, Arnoldo retired after many years of hard work. He was a devout member of St. James Catholic Church, known for his unwavering faith and daily prayers for his family and friends.
Arnoldo had a joyful spirit, a quick wit, and a great sense of humor that touched everyone who knew him. He found peace and happiness in fishing, and he loved to listen to classic rock-n-roll music, which often lifted his spirits and those around him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Octavio and Teresa Jimenez; and dear brother, Jose Octavio Jimenez.
Arnoldo leaves behind his cherished daughter, Alexandra Renay Jimenez of Bishop; his loving sister, Patricia Ann Jimenez of Bishop; two precious nieces, Victoria Isabel Pimentel and Mikaela Mia Pimentel; two adoring grandchildren, Brady and Zophia; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, with Father Francis Sebastian officiating. Burial will follow at St. James Catholic Cemetery.
Arnoldo's warmth, kindness, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
