Anthony Earl Cornell, 56, of Kingsville, TX passed away October 13, 2017 in Corpus Christi, TX.
He was born on June 20, 1961 in Kingsville, TX to Oscar and Mary Cornell.
He was formerly employed with Linda's Construction. He was a member of King Star Baptist Church, and was a 1979 high school graduate.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Wardell Cornell and Oscar Cornell.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Carla C. Cornell of Kingsville; three sons, Steven Cunningham of San Antonio, Michael Cornell and Bryan Cunningham both of Corpus Christi; five brothers, Ronald Cornell of Kansas, Eddie "Peanut" Weldon of San Antonio, Richard Speed, Robert Skinner and Tyron Skinner all of Corpus Christi; three sisters, Patricia Ann (Harry) Penelton of St. Louis, MO., Denice (Henry) Thomas of Bishop, and June Speed of Corpus Christi; five, grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, 10-19-2017, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, 10-20-2017, at 11:00 a.m. at King Star Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
