Angelica G. Garza, 83, of Kingsville, TX passed away February 26, 2018 in Corpus Christi, TX.
She was born on May 14, 1934 in Kingsville, TX to Guadalupe Q. Garcia and Maria A. Garcia.
She was a retired homemaker and a member of St. Martin Catholic Church. She was a member and President of the Ladies Mutualistas Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe Q. Garcia and Maria A. Garcia; husband, Raul G. Garza; and one son, Raul Garza Jr.
Survivors include her children, Diana L. Garza, Maria "Chi" (Kelly) Foster, and Rene G. Garza, all of Kingsville, and Francisca "Frani"(Josue) Carrillo of Laredo; grandchildren, Amanda Lea Saenz (Robert Aguilar), Sarah Marie (Westin) Massey, Dyanna Rose Acuna, Rene "R.J." Garza Jr., Sabreena Daun (Luis) Gonzalez, and Joshua Carrillo; great-grandchildren, Gabriella A. Garza, Joaquin A. Garza, Mireya C. Aguilar, Mackenzie E. Massey, and Xander Gonzalez; sisters, Elma Montez, Hermelinda Galvan, Hermila Villagomez, and Mary Frances Anderson; two of many adopted children, Rose Perez, and Sylvia Colin Wasek; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews; and the wonderful staff at Alameda Oaks, who made it feel like home for her.
Visitation will be held on Thurs., 03-01-2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Thurs., 03-01-2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Fri., 03-02-2018 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating and Deacon Raul Rosales assisting.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
