Andres T. Alaniz, 70, of Kingsville, TX passed away February 9, 2017 in Corpus Christi, TX.
He was born on March 8, 1946 in Kingsville to Andres and Cenovia Alaniz.
He was a retired teacher after 35 years of employment with K.I.S.D. He was also a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Alaniz.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Rosa Alaniz of Kingsville; three sons, Dr. Andres (Dora) Alaniz III of Corpus Christi, Raul Alaniz of Kingsville, and Gabriel (Ashlie) Alaniz of Corpus Christi; one brother, Roberto Alaniz of San Antonio; three sisters, Tina Cisneros of Premont, Idolina "Lita" Garza of Rancho Viejo, TX, and Yolanda Silva of Kingsville; four grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 02-17-2017 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Sat., 02-18-2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin's Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating and Deacon Raul Rosales assisting.
