Anastacia D. Romero, 91, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away March 22, 2017 in Kingsville, Texas.
She was born on May 23, 1925 in Bishop, Texas to Genovevo and Guadalupe Delgado.
She was retired from K.I.S.D. with the Food Service Dept. and also, a local housekeeper. She was a lifetime member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus O. Romero; two brothers, Antonio Delgado, and Genovevo Delgado Jr.; and two sisters, Julia Zavala, and Eloisa Delgado.
Survivors include six daughters, Mary R. Segura of Watsonville, California, Dalia Crisostomo of Watsonville, California, Alicia R. Utley of Kingsville, Nina (Ralph) Navarro of Modesto, California, Sylvia R. (Dan) Morales of Watsonville, California, and Cynthia R. (Ruben) Buentello of Kingsville; two sons, Daniel (Alma) Romero of McAllen, Texas, and George L. (Angela) Romero of Kingsville; thirty-one grandchildren; six-four great-grandchildren; twenty-six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Fri., 03-24-2017 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Fri., 03-24-2017 at 7:30 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Sat., 03-25-2017 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating and Deacon Raul Rosales assisting.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
