Ambrosia Acuña DeLeon, 88, of Kingsville, TX passed away October 25, 2016 in Kingsville, TX.
She was born on December 7, 1927 in Sinton, TX to Lucas and Josefa Acuña.She was a retired custodian for Texas A&I Kingsville. She was also a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnulfo De Leon; one daughter, Virginia De Leon; two sisters, Facunda Sambrano, and Lazara Rodriguez; three brothers, Domingo Acuña, Fermin Acuña, and George Acuña.
Survivors include one son, Arnulfo (Connie) De Leon Jr. of Kingsville; three daughters, Gloria (Dan) Reche of Houston, Minerva D. (Nicolas) Susco of Houston, Josie De Leon of Kingsville; one sister, Reyes Castillo of Madera, California; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wed., 10-26-2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Wed., 10-26-2016 at 7:30 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thurs., 10-27-2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating and Deacon Raul Rosales assisting.
Burial will be held at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
