Amadeo C. Ramos Sr., 92, of Kingsville, Texas passed away on September 17, 2022, in Kingsville, Texas.
He was born on March 23, 1930, in Seguin, Texas to Everardo and Maria Ramos.
He was a retired carpenter and rancher and a U.S. Army Veteran. He was also a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his son, Amadeo Ramos Jr.; four sisters; and two brothers.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Herminia R. Ramos of Kingsville; two daughters, Norma (Beto) Gonzales of Kingsville, and Maria "Bibi" (Joe) Benavides of Kingsville; three brothers, Angel Ramos Sr., Everardo Ramos Jr., and Rogelio Ramos; one sister, Susana Ramos Padilla; eight grandchildren, Priscilla, Manny, Joey, A.R. III, David, Edie, Jojo, and Eric; eighteen great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be held on Saturday, 09-24-2022 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, 09-24-2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
