Alonzo A. Delgado, 87, of Kingsville, TX passed away September 18, 2015 in Corpus Chrisit, TX.
He was born on April 1, 1928 in Kingsville, TX to Ambrosio and Aurora Delgado.
He was a retired car inspector with Missouri Pacific and Union Pacific Railroad.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ambrosio "Ovidio" Delgado.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Jesusa Jamison Delgado of Brownsville, TX; one son, Alonzo (Diana) Delgado Jr. of Corpus Christi, TX; one daughter, Gloria Trevino of Corpus Christi, TX; two brothers, Mario Delgado and Valdemar (Graciela) Delgado both of Kingsville, TX; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
Rosary was Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass was Monday, September 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Martins Catholic Church with Father Naul Ordonez officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
