Alma Emilia Flores, 80, of Kingsville, Texas passed away May 21, 2023, in Kingsville, Texas.
She was born on August 19, 1942, in Rio Grande City, Texas to Emilio and Santos Garza.
She was a retired teacher. She was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church as well as the Catholic Daughters, Eucharistic Minister, Lector, Rosary Group, Hospital Ministry, Cursillista, and Acts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvaro Flores; and one brother, Arnoldo Leonel Garza.
Survivors include one daughter, Alma Alicia (Orlando) Silva of Corpus Christi; three sons, Alvaro G. Flores Jr. of Kingsville, Antonio Aaron Flores of Kingsville, and Armando G. (Tricia) Flores of Brownsville; two brothers; Abel Pablo (Vicky) Garza of Kingsville, and Sonny (Nelda) Garza of Premont; six grandchildren, Emilia, Teresa, Christina, Armando, Sarah, and Tony Jr.; five great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Aria, Amara, and two on the way; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 9:30 a.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Alfredo Villarreal officiating.
A Cremation will follow, and a Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
