It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Alicia Guerrero Sanchez, age 74, of Kingsville, Texas. She became our guardian angel on Monday, September 14, 2026.

She was born on October 24, 1951 in Alice, Texas, to Gregorio & Hilda Guerrero.

Alicia was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt & friend whose kindness, strength & unwavering love touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She had a generous heart, warm smile & a remarkable ability to make others feel welcome & loved.

She was devoted to her family & found her greatest joy in spending time with those she loved. Her wisdom, compassion & gentle spirit will remain in our hearts forever. The values she instilled & the memories she created will continue to guide & inspire us.  

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Juan F. Sanchez; her daughters, Esther (Jose) Sanchez and Feliza S. (Michael) Ortega; three sons, Juan (Cynthia) Sanchez Jr., Jose “Sonny” Sanchez, and Tohnee Sanchez; seven grandchildren, Vando (Ashley) Gonzalez, Luis Miguel (Sabreena) Gonzalez, Carlos “Charlie” Gonzalez, Juan “Tres” Sanchez III, Azaria (Sal) Rincon, Angelica Ortega, and Michael Ortega Jr.; great-grandchildren, Xander, Serenity, Adriana, Valerie, Skye, and Autumn; four brothers, Fidel (Denise) Guerrero, Robert (Irene) Guerrero, Greg (Gina) Guerrero, and Eddie Guerrero; one sister, Norma G. (Buddy) Walley, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Per Alicia's final wishes, no services will be held.
