Aida Garza, 81, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away on May 21, 2017 in Kingsville, Texas.
She was born on January 18, 1936 in Kingsville, Texas to Jacinto and San Juanita Rivas.
She was a retired housewife. She was also a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rodolfo Garza; and her son, Rodolfo Garza Jr.
Survivors include two daughters, Sylvia (Avelino "Java") Valadez of Kingsville, and Terry Mata of Edinburg; one brother, Baldemar Rivas of Austin; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tues., 05-23-2017 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be held on Tues., 05-23-2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wed., 05-24-2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Romeo Salinas officiating.
Burial will follow at Los Olmos Cemetery.
