Adelmo "Al" G. Luera, 74, of Kingsville, TX passed away on March 21, 2022, in Kingsville, TX.
He was born on October 27, 1947, in Casa Grande, Arizona to Ramiro and Sofia Luera.
He was the owner and operator of Al's Hair Design for 42 years. He was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church. Al was a very humble person and loved by his family and all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jose Angel Luera; and one sister, Gloria Mejia.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Yolanda C. Luera; two sons, Adelmo Luera Jr., and Daniel (Stephanie) Luera; three grandchildren, Sofia, Joshua, and Nicolas; two sisters, Linda Cabrera, and Janie Andeverde; two brothers, Ramiro Luera Jr., and Oscar (Mary) Luera; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 03-23-2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, 03-24-2022 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Alfredo Villarreal officiating.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery.
