Obituary

Adelfina L. Bazan, 92, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away on April 2, 2023, in Mathis, Texas.
She was born on March 20, 1931, in Kingsville, Texas to Juan and Leonor Lomas.
She was a retired homemaker and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Enrique Bazan; one son, Rolando L. (Nilda) Bazan; four sisters, Ignacia Canales, Clemencia Lomas, Paula Espinoza, and Eva Del Bosque; five brothers, Jose Lomas, Juan Lomas Jr., Guillermo Lomas, Adan Lomas, and Reymundo Lomas.
Survivors include five daughters, Veronica (Cano) Fabela, Irma Bazan, Elma (Rogelio) Nunez, Thelma Arispe, and Elizabeth (David) Harris; three sons, Jose Enrique Bazan Jr, Rene (Noelia) L. Bazan, and Alejandro L. Bazan; eighteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 04-04-2023. from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, 04-05-2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Paulson officiating.
Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery.
Arrangements under the direction of Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
