Ruben DeLaRosa, age 73, a resident of Kingsville, Texas passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on July 23, 1940 in Mercedes, TX to Juan and Maria DeLaRosa. He was a retired paint and body man. He was preceded in death by his three brothers, Roberto DeLaRosa, Rafael DeLaRosa, and Santiago DeLaRosa. Survivors include one son, Daniel Ruben DeLaRosa of Chicago, Illinois; one brother, Richard (Kathy) DeLaRosa of Abilene; three sisters, Elisa (Mike) Vasquez of Beeville, Juanita (Jesus) Loera of Kingsville and Beatrice (Jesse) Ybarra of Uvalde; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tues., 09-24-2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A Memorial Rosary will be held on Tues., 09-24-2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. A Cremation will follow and a private Graveside Service will be held at a later date. Under the direction of Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
