Noelia Villarreal

December 13, 1967 - March 27, 2022

Noelia Villarreal Ortiz passed away on March 27, 2022 in Kingsville, TX from a 6-year battle with cancer. She was born on December 13, 1967, in Refugio, TX. She was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend who cared for all. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church. Noelia was a retired CNA who cared for many around Kingsville as well as many retired Catholic nuns at the St. Martin of Tours resting convent in Kingsville. She was a true fighter and lived to serve God by helping others on this earth until he called upon her. She is preceded in death by one brother, James Hernandez. Survivors include her husband, Baldomero Ortiz Jr. of Kingsville; four sons, Jose A. Villarreal Jr. of Corpus Christi, Eric A. Villarreal of Kingsville, Matthew J. Villarreal of Corpus Christi, and Gary A. Villarreal of Corpus Christi; mother, Maria E. (Israel Gonzalez) Hernandez; her father, Antonio L. Hernandez; two stepdaughters, Maria Ortiz and Sara Jimenez; four sisters, Belinda A. Hernandez, Debra (Hernandez) Garcia, Bonnie Gonzalez, and Amy Gonzalez; brother, Louis D. Hernandez; long time best friend Linda “Luci” Hernandez; two sister-in-laws, Elvia Hernandez, and Laura Carmona; one granddaughter, Diamond Jade Villarreal; and numerous aunts, uncles, grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, 04-01-2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home, with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, 04-02-2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church with Father Alfredo Villarreal officiating. A Graveside Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
