He was a retired caregiver and a member of St. Martin’s Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Francisco, and Magdalena Moreno; maternal grandparents, Hemerijildo and Juanita Rios; one uncle, Wenceslado Moreno; two aunts, Elsa Mercedes Rivera Moreno, and Sylvia Mejia. Survivors include his parents, Florencio (Maria) Moreno Sr. of Kingsville; two sisters, Maria Teresa Moreno (Mario) Trevino of Kingsville; and Maria Juanita (Cathy) Moreno of Kingsville; one brother, Francisco Javier (Felizia) Moreno of Bossier City, Louisiana; four uncles, Jose Guadalupe (Esperanza) Moreno, Hemerijildo Rios Jr, Jesus D. (Patsy) Rios, and Cristobal Mejia of Kingsville; two aunts, Ernestina Moreno, and Guadalupe Amada Zamora; six nieces and nephews, Victoria, Izabella, Francisco Jr., Lisa, Miranda, Roberto Florencio “Robby”; and numerous cousins. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 04-20-2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, 04-20-2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, 04-20-2022 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Martin Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
