He was preceded in death by his mother, Jesusa Orta; and one daughter, Angela Ann Orta. Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Flor Estella Orta of Kingsville; one daughter, Melissa (Robert) Lerma of Kingsville; four sons, Jesse Orta of Houston, Lee Roy (Vanessa) Lerma of Sarita, John Manuel (Nicole Marie) Lerma of Kingsville, Michael Lee Lerma of Kingsville; four brothers, Juan Perez, Jesse Orta, Alfredo Alfaro, and Orlando Alfaro; fifteen grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Fri., 07-31-2020 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Fri., 07-31-2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.
